Shipbazar.com is an online portal that facilitates booking of couriers to within India and abroad from the comfort of your home

To become a registered member with Shipbazar.com just click the Join Now link in the home Page and fill in your basic contact details

Log Into your account and click on the Book Couriers link in the home Page and fill in the requested details to generate the quote for your shipment. You will be redirected to the Checkout page once you provide a confirmation on the rates. In the checkout page fill in the sender, receiver, package details and make your payment via PayUmoney to complete the booking

You have to enter a short description of the product that you are sending via Shipbazar.com. In case of sending multiple products click on add item and provide the description for each of the products. Item Description e.g. – Educational books, Document, Invoice, Dry sweets etc

Yes. It is mandatory to provide a valid Pincode for both the sender and receiver address fields else the shipment will not be processed

Yes. You can send shipments to any part of India via Shipbazar.com. However, not all pincodes are serviceable by us. While booking your courier, ensure that the pincode you are looking to ship to and from get populated in the list(From and To Text boxes in the find Shipment page). If the pincode you are looking for does not populate in the list box then that particular pincode is not serviceable by Shipbazar.com

Shipbazar.com ships to hundreds of countries across the Globe. To know if we are shipping to the particular country you are looking for check the TO(Destination Country) drop down List box in the Find shipments page for the list of countries we ship to

After completing the booking process, an AirwayBill copy (Booking Copy) and a Pro-Forma Invoice will get generated automatically. Kindly take 2 printouts of each of them and handover to the pickup person at the time of pickup. Stick one copy of the AirwayBill and Pro-Forma Invoice on the shipment.

No there aren’t any extra paperworks for international shipments. We require 2 copies of the AirwayBill and Pro-Forma invoice similar to the domestic shipments. However, you need to provide an ID and Address proof along with each international shipment

Yes we can pickup your shipment from any place you wish as long as the pincode is serviceable by us as mentioned above. Kindly ensure that you mention your desired pickup address in the sender address details under the Checkout page. The address mentioned in the sender details section would serve as the default pickup address

We wish we can do that in the future but we aren’t doing it right now J . We ship globally but from India only

Courier charges are calculated based on the weight of the shipments. In the event of deviations from the weight mentioned by you at the time of booking we might contact you back to collect the extra charges corresponding to the deviation in weight

The courier charge for a shipment is calculated as per the actual or dimension weight whichever is higher. The dimension weight calculation is (Length*Breadth*Height)in cms / 5000. It is advisable to mention the correct dimensions for all your parcels to avoid any deviations in courier charges

Yes! Shipbazar.com services are available PAN India. Pickups and deliveries can be done across India at the same cost provided the pincode is serviceable by us. Look above to know the process of checking for pincode availability

The payment gateway of Shipbazar.com is PayUmoney. We have 3 prominent payment options in Shipbazar.com viz Net Banking, Credit Card and Debit Card

Yes. It is mandatory to make the payment confirmed by you initially while confirming your order. The payment can be made only via the above mentioned options.

Shipbazar.com has physical centers across the city to book shipments in person by paying cash. This service is available only in Chennai currently.

Anyone who has a physical shop with a computer (PC, laptop) and printer can apply to become a drop center. Click on the Become a Drop off Center Link in the home page to join us in this journey. Our sales team would get in touch with you to complete the remaining formalities

By default Shipbazar.com does not include any charges for transit insurance and subsequently does not provide insurance coverage during transit. However, if you require transit insurance for certain shipments, kindly get in touch with customer support team in the Contact Us page

Yes you can track all shipments sent via Shipbazar.com by clicking on the Track My Package link in the home page. You can track the shipment by using the Shipbazar Order Id or the AriwayBill number provided on the AirwayBill copy. Shipbazar.com advanced tracking mechanism allows you to follow your package from the point of pickup to delivery. Kindly note that the tracking option would be available if and only your shipment travels via the AirwayBill generated in the Shipbazar.com website

Yes there is a list of prohibited items that cannot be sent via Shipbazar.com. To know more about the same in detail check out the prohibited item page in Shipbazar.com

Shipbazar.com is committed to delivering your shipments at the earliest. However, there isn’t any specific time commitment attached to shipments. There could also be delays due to uncontrollable environmental, political factors which would be communicated at a consistent basis
